Shipping Policy

Dispatch & Handling Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK Standard Delivery We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days from dispatch.

How We Fulfil Orders Our orders are fulfilled through Mintsoft, our third-party logistics (3PL) partner. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delays While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, adverse weather, or carrier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us at orders@intramedical.uk so we can investigate.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notification card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed collection, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
